We can tailor our service level agreements to suit client requirements in terms of response times and support offered, accessed via a telephone helpdesk or alternatively our online service management package which enables online fault logging and tracking.
Aura’s team of service engineers are the best in the business, and are based regionally to offer UK-wide cover; alternatively there is the option to engage an on-site technician, whether part time or full time, to take care of day-to-day set-up and support and act as first-line technical cover.
